FAQ Customer Support Page For Aziani Iron.com

Can I download and save images on my computer?
Yes you can!  To download or save an image to your hard drive, place your mouse over the appropriate image, then right click and select “Save Image/Picture As…” – this will save the image to whatever directory you would like on your computer (i.e. to your desktop or to a specific folder you’ve created).

When I try to save an image (by right-clicking and selection “Save As…”) the name of the image is always "push". Does this matter?
This will not interfere with you downloading your selected images at all. This is merely a server and security measure, and simply means you'll want to give each image a different name of your choosing.

Once you’ve saved the images on your hard drive, you can certainly rename them to whatever you like. A batch file renamer can make this easier for you. Here's a link to a free renamer program we like.

Can I download the videos?
Yes! All movies are fully downloadable. Movies are very high quality and your download speeds may vary. If you are experiencing any problems viewing our movies please go to our "Videos" page.

How do I download a video?
To download a video to your hard drive, right click your mouse over the video's “Download” link and select "Save Link/Target As..." – then you can choose what directory to place the video in (i.e. your desktop or a specific file you’ve created).  As well, you can click directly on the “Download” link to have your video start downloading directly to your WMV (Windows Media Vault Player).

Can I keep the videos? Is there any DRM?
Yes, you can keep all downloaded movies without restrictions - we do not utilize any DRM (Digital Rights Management) restrictions. However, please keep in mind that the videos are for your personal viewing pleasure only and may not be shared with others.

What do I need to watch the movies immediately ("stream")?
If you would like to watch videos immediately you just need to have the latest version of the Adobe Flash™ Player on your computer.  Simply click on the “Play” link you find beside “Flash” under each individual video thumbnail.  If you do not already have the Adobe Flash Player on your computer, click here to download it.

More information about Flash™ Player, streaming, and downloads

When I click to watch a video a box open that says "Open" and "Save".
When you click "Open", the video will download and open up while being stored in a temporary folder on your computer. When you click "Save" it does the same thing, except you get to determine where to save the video. This makes it easier to locate and watch it right after it has finished downloading.

If I see a broken image or a movie doesn't work or something else is wrong, who do talk to?
Please let us know directly if you see anything that is less than perfect on the site. Click here to go to the contacts page.

Can I use a download manager like DAP?
Yes you can. However, please reduce the number of allowable connections to 4 or less to reduce server strain and ensure proper downloading of all your movies.

When I join a site, is my information secure? Is it confidential?
Absolutely! We use industry standard encryption methods to handle your credit card processing. As a matter of fact, only the billing company will see your information - not even our support team or our models will ever see your billing details. As a member you can be rest assured that your membership is treated 100% confidential.

Can you show me how my credit card info is secure?
We’d be happy to! When you go to any one of the credit card input page, you will notice how all URLs begin with "https://..." in your web browser's address bar at the top.  The "s" at the end of “http” stands for "secure", and means the any information your send or receive over “https” web pages are encrypted. As well, there should also be a little icon resembling a lock in the right bottom corner of your browser, confirming that the page is indeed secure and ready to encrypt your data.
